Tips For Healthy May 30, 2008

When I wa sick “Sariawan” I chat with my friend. He give me some suggestion for me. Our chatting are:

 

[13.45] moch_asrul: You can try used this medicine….albothil, concentrate

           I don’t try used this medicine, because it’s very “perih sekali hihihi”, I try to used multivitamin.

[13.46] moch_asrul: before you take for sleep, please used “betadine kumur”

[13.46] moch_asrul: otreee

[13.48] moch_asrul: if you have wake up in the morning, please take a bath

          This suggestion like my mom’s suggestion, I do that.
